    Testing COM events?

Where might I find documentation how to go about doing this with SilkTest 6.0.1?

I need to test if an underlying (non-GUI) COM event has fired off, and if it has, then access some additional underlying COM components, which are also non-GUI.

    Has anyone done this successfully?

    Thanks.

    Re: Testing COM events?

SilkTest can not read COM events. It only interface to the Windows-world is through C-style DLL's.

You could write a wrapper in some other COM-aware launguage (C++, Visual Basic, WSH, Perl, etc). Then just use SYS_Execute() to call that code.
