    Spawned BrowserChild window

    Whew...another post!

To run our web app, you basically enter in a
URL into the main Browser address combobox
and it spawns a second BrowserChild window
    with no toolbar, menus, etc.
The 2 windows have seperate captions (thats
no problem). All work is done is the spawned
    BrowserChild window.

Is there anyway to GetLocation from the
spawned BrowserChild window? If I do a
    BrowserPage.GetLocation() (Thanks AJ!) it
will return the URL from the main Browser
which never changes. I COULD do a right
click and check the properties...yuk. Is
    there another way?

Also, is there any way to "LoadPage" directly
in a spawned BrowserChild? If so, I could
spawn the child, then close the main browser
and do all my work/tests in the "sub" window.
However, this brings up my next question...

If I load the main browser, enter
the URL (which spawns the BrowserChild
window), Silk will not allow me to record
a new test frame using this "sub" window
as the MainWin. Is this even possible?

    Thanks in advance...

Did you declare the new browser child? If you did and named it "SubWindow" what happens if you do a
    Print (SubWindow.GetLocation ())

None that I know... Those Browsers with no location field, are intended just for loading pages, and not for loading others

No It won't allow you to record another frame, but you can always have multiple MainWin declarations in the same frame.
    meaning:

I can declare 3 or more MainWin MyWin in the same frame file, but only one will be associated with the wMainWindow constant.

When you declare a MainWin, make sure you add a sLocation in the window declaration. And You can always add an Invoke () Method <-- Something I Stress in teaching and passing along to all my students!
