When using Record/Actions the properties to verify doesn't have any info pertaining to the data on the Dialog Box. The DefaultButton is NULL no Children no Caption, all I get from Record/Testcase is the Click(coordinates) thats it. I used GetContents, GetChildren, GetManyProperties to no avial can anyone help
    <code>
    [ ] lwChildWins = wFocusWindow.GetChildren()
    [ ] lsContents = wFocusWindow.GetContents ()
    [ ] LIST OF PROPINFO TextPropVals
    [ ] TextPropVals = wFocusWindow.GetManyProperties ()
    [ ]
    [ ] print ("{dWinClass}")//prints DialogBox
    [ ] print ("{lwChildWins}")//printsDialogBox("#1").ListView("#1")
    [ ] print ("{lsContents}")//prints [ListView]#1
    [ ] print ("{TextPropVals}")

    Re: DialogBox says ListView but control isn\'t apart of the object

    Hi,

    Try something like,

    list of window lw = wFocusWindow.GetChildren ()
    window w

    for each w in lw
    if w.GetClass () = ListView
    ListPrint (w.GetContents ())

    This should print out the contents of the list view.

    What does the following return,
    DialogBox("#1").ListView("#1").GetContents ()?

    I hope this helps.

    John.
