5.03 doesn't support editing files on a remote machine. 5.5 SP3 does. If you can't upgrade, I can supply you with functionality to accomplish this.

Re: how can i modify .ini file on target machine

there are several functions (look in help) to open, close and update ini files. just specify path to file and manipulate as usual.
hope this answers your question

Re: how can i modify .ini file on target machine

Thanks, I tried that but it doesn't work.

I am using ST 5.0.3
Running: host-> machine to target-> machine

Problem: It's not updating ini files that located on target machine. I am sending strings to modify from host to target. When I open ini file located on target nothing has been changed. If I run same function on locally it works.
