    how to use double wildcards in listbox select method

    What is the correct syntax for including double wildcard characters in the select method?

    The listbox item that I need to select is:
    "12345 Active Name Phone"

    The only value that I have is the Name stored as a string.
    sName = Name
    HtmlListBox.Select("*{sName}*") doesn't work. It appears to take the string literally, looking for "*Name*"

    Something peculiar is that if I set the sName string equal to the number of the item, the select method does work.
    sName = 12345
    HtmlListBox.Select("*{sName}*") does work.

    Re: how to use double wildcards in listbox select method

    Oops. The list box only displays "Na" of Name.

    Therefore the wildcard on the entire name doesn't match. Using Left method to get the first 2 characters, and the initial syntax works.
