    win2k Vs XP

Anyone tried running scripts on Win2k and XP.
Any known compatibility issues to be taken care initially?

    What are your scripts testing:
    app, applet, web-pages...?
There are various issues, but you would do better to search past posts.

OK, sorry, I should have read more carefully.
You want issues relating to win2000 and XP, not win2000 or XP.
I have only noted issues with win2000 and jdk1.4.1.

    Re: win2k Vs XP

Depending on what version of ST you use on XP you might get a compile error regarding some variable/functions not defined i.e Desktop not defined etc.
We use different higher version for XP to avoid this issue since Segue came out with XP support in later versions.

    John,
I was told that there are not much issues if one tries to makethe script compatible from win2k to XP but just wanted to make sure if someone had some inputs.

    Will be trying out soon..
