Unable to select or pick menu option from menu

Here is a good one I'm running 5.5.3.1 and java1.4.1. I'm testing a applet that uses the browser for launching (browser version IE5.5sp3.) When running my script I get the following error
*** Error: Window '[JavaJFCMenu]$javax.swing.JMenu[2]' was not found

But if I have the browser & applet already loaded and run the script then I can see the menu option fine. I think there is something with the cache or something.
    Can anyone help?

    spaceraider,

Right Mouse button on the IE icon on the desktop.
    Select "Properties".
    Click the "Settings" button.
Click the option "Every visit to the page" in the "Check for newer versions of stored pages"
Hit "OK" twice on the dialogs to accept the settings.

Re: Unable to select or pick menu option from menu

That didn't help me witchcrop. Here is my setup. I running java 1.4.1 and silktest 5.5.3.1(1047) my OS is windowsNT4.0 workstation. With IE5.5SP3 launching developers Java applet. I get and error during this call Pick ()

Error: Window '[JavaJFCMenu] was not found

Now if I preload the browser and the applet it finds the menu option OK. So here is my research observation.

It seems like that when the TSF applet is firsted invoked UUT the menu options can't be seen.(RIGHT) I think that windows browser version of Java's VI is in control of the applet when first invoked, cause the controls version and color are the same as the windows OS controls and colors even though this is a Java applet. That Blue color

I say that because the second time when I run silktest with the browser and TSF applet pre-loaded it works fine and I notice that the menu option is the color that Suns Java's VI is that purplish color. So can you or anyone think of a way to establish the Sun Java Platform from the browser(IE5.5SP3). So I can select my menu option auto style.
