My company recently got a sales pitch from Segue including a tool known as Silk Realizer. It looks like an interesting way to manage a lab but I would really like to know about real life experiances with the tool.
From Price to performance. Is this tool reliable? Does it use the embeded agent master script concept to drive the test lab agents? Is the master script consolidated on the one server? Does that server ever go belly up? How fast does it do it's thing?
Any feedback from nice to nasty would be appreciated .

I have I've had to speak about it in Quest99. The largest problem with it is Setup! There are many issues to resolve and probems you can encounter in setting up (partly because I did not know MS SQL that much) It could take days to get it installed. But once you cross that bridge, it's a real nice thing
Very nice tool with real cool features, but $$$ pricy
