    Verify whether the Search Button is enabled while doing such operation.

    Re: Error :Control not exposed

    Check the agent options. There is a setting for Opt_Window_Exposed () and turn it off.

    I am not sure about this but just a try

    Re: Error :Control not exposed

    It is not OPT_WINDOW_EXPOSED, it is OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED.

    By Help Document..

    It is to verify that windows are exposed (that is, not covered, obscured, or logically hidden by another window) before interacting with them;
    Default is TRUE, except when running script statements that were recorded and are in a recording statement.

    Re: Error :Control not exposed

    try with this code

    window.Typekeys(Tab order)
    // you can include button.SetFocus()
    window.Typekeys(Enter)

    if you type the tab order ( eg :Tab 4)
    if your button is placed in tab order 4th
    button will be focussed, then hit enter using typekeys(enter), it will work fine because some browsers would not recognise Click. so try with Typekeys()

    Re: Error :Control not exposed

    This could be it...

    This sounds like an example where the ScrollIntoView isn't scrolling far enough again. I've seen this in the past. The default Click method behaviour if you don't pass in any parameters is to have SilkTest click in the center of the button. The ScrollWindow into view functionality is only scrolling the object so that the top part is in view. So the click method is complaining that although part of the button is in view, the center of the button isn't exposed. This will happen regardless of the OPT_VERIFY_EXPOSED option.

    Try this instead:

    MyButton.Click (1,1,1)

    Better yet, modify the class method to click in the upper edge of all buttons instead by default.
