    SilkTest Results -> HTML

    Several people have asked about this. Here is some code which will write the SilkTest results to HTML. The file is written when the script ends. You can configure the htmle filename and where the file is written using global variables at the top of the file. This is eXtremely basic and vast improvements are possible/needed, but it is a good start and works.

    Just add the file to your test frame, modify the ScriptEnter, ScriptExit, TestCaseExit calls if needed and run a testcase.

    Hope this helps.

    Good start, John.

    Let's make it open source.
    Modify it as you wish and repost it to the group.

    We need remote source code control so you can check it out and check it back in.

    There's a demo side to eProject that might work for that.

    Re: SilkTest Results -> HTML

    Has any progress been made with this file? I'm getting ready to start trying to implement some of this and would appreciate not having to reinvent the wheel, so to speak.

    Thanks in advance,

    This thread is more than 2 years old... It might have had code attached to it back then but was either deleted by the user or when we upgraded the site.

    Re: SilkTest Results -> HTML

    I downloaded it and made quite a few mods to it to integrate it in to our system here and made it look like a .res file that SilkTest outputs. I don't have it in it's original form. Your welcome to it but it will not compile without some of my other library files. But you can extract what you need.

    Re: SilkTest Results -> HTML

    Hi,

    I found result logging into database and viewing the results from asp pages (which internally makes connections to that data base) these asp files and inc files supplied by Segue in 6.5 version. I did not work on this. is any one worked on this.?
