    HTML forms and Silk Test

I need to capture the declarations of an app that was created using HTML forms, not native Windows forms. Is this possible?

All I'm getting are CustomWindows, not pushbuttons and listboxes, as I'd expect.

    TIA,
    Pat

Re: HTML forms and Silk Test

You can try "hooking" into the app using extension enabler. Under Start\Apps\Silktest is the extension enabler for the agent, silk menu Options\extensions for the GUI. Browse to the .exe for your app, select it, then enable the browser support for it. Both the app and silktest need to be restarted for the hooking to work. Then try record\class on your app. If silktest can find them the native methods will show. there are other posts that cover this in more depth. -Len

    Thx Len!

I hadn't thought I could use a browser extension for a non-web app! It's giving better declarations than I had.
