Using external ActiveX methods or COM object in Silk
There are ActiveX controls in the SDK of the app that I'm testing (in an external DLL) that I'd like to be able to use in Silk. These controls have no UI so there is no way to do a window declaration on them.
Is there any way in Silk to instantiate an ActiveX control (or a COM object) in order to use the methods associated with it?
From what I've gathered so far it appears that it's not possible but I'm still wondering if there's any way to access the ActiveX control from Silk.
Re: Using external ActiveX methods or COM object in Silk
I think You Can't Directly call com Objects From Silk.Because com Object's won't export it's Methods.
one way i suggest is you can write a Wrapper in c or c++ which internally calls your COM Object.
You Can call wrapper dll from Silk.
