Converting Multiline GetText (of a static text) to single line

    HI,

I am getting text from a static text using
    GetText method.

The static text object looks something like to the eye:
    (Build 25E_422BC)
    Apr 11, 2002

    GetText returns the value as
    [ ] (Build 25E_422BC)
    [ ] Apr 11, 2002

How can i make this into one string, so that i can pass another string to verify the returned valu using the Verify function??

Well thanks for looking into this.
    Got the solution.
    Silk uses {chr(10)} for newline
STRING sExpectedText = "Your message 1st line blah blah{chr(10)} and 2nd line blah blah
