Re: How can assign as string \"{a}\"

How you convert this depends on what BDTv3 is. Check the help on Type Conversion. If the value of BDTv3 is a type that can be converted to a string then it should be fine. If not, you could try "Name_1{[string]BDTv3}r01.mob".

If BDTv3 is a Window that you have defined, you will need to use a function or method to get the value associated with it. You could try something like "Name_1{BDTv3.GetTag()}r01.mob"

    Hope this helps

Everything inside those braces will be passed as a variable.

You can force your desired condition a couple of ways.

    Sring sMyStr="BDTv3"
    String sFile="Name_1{sMyStr}r01.mob"

    -or-

    String sFile="Name_1"{BDTv3}r01.mob"

Re: How can assign as string \"{a}\"

    Thanks,

But I'm trying to show as a string those brasses "{" or "}" with some name.
    Exp.: Name_{Text1}_Version_3
This I need to show as one string with the "{}" brasses.

    Thanks.

    Will "Name_1/{BDTv3/}r01.mob" work?

If not, concatenate strings using ASCII values.

    "Name_1" + chr(123) + "BDTv3" + chr(125) + "r01.mob"

    or

    "Name_1" + "{" + BDTv3 + "}" + "r01.mob"

    One of those should work.
