    Silktest Java wrapper question

    Hi,

I've just begun to experiment with using Silktest to call Java code. I came across a url when searching this site that has a small explanation on doing this. That site is: http://www.employees.org/~skaterat/silktest/java.html

I've followed the example closely, but cannot seem to get my Silktest script to communicate and return any results from the Java program. My classpath is set to "Silktest_Java2.jar" because my system is using JDK 1.2.2 (I've also tried ..Java1.jar - same error).

I've included a zip file with the files I'm referring to. When I run my java program at the command prompt, it works fine. When I call it from silk, I get a "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError".

Can somebody review my files and give me any suggestions? They are small files as this is only a test to discover how Silktest uses a Java program to execute tests that 4Test is not capable of doing.

    Thank you.

    Re: Silktest Java wrapper question

What is the exact command line you are using to run this thing from the command line?

What is the origin of the message that your connection is being refused?

    Re: Silktest Java wrapper question

When I run from the command line:

"java GetUrl http://www.blah.com" (no double quotes of course)

I get the error message from Silktest when I try to run a sample testcase which calls the main function of my Java class. That results file was included in the previous attachment.

    Thanks.
