Silk 2.1,silk 5.1
If there is Netscape enterprise server residing on Sun Solaris 2. can i use Silk 2.1 or silk 5.0 or silk 5.1 to test webpage on win95 machine using ie 4.0 , where ie 4.0 accesses the web from netscape server.

Sure, It does not matter where you web server is hosted, whether it's on UNIX or Windows or any other flavor you like.
What I meant by support (before) is just the browser part.
By the way you could have replied to the previous topic instead of opening a new thread. When you reply to your original thread you keep the same topic in the same place, since threads are not sequential, meaning only the thread with the latest reply goes 1st, you can lose the connectivity between topics if you just open a new thread.
Plus replies to topics count as 2 entries in our monthly drawing while new threads count as 1
So bottom line, Silk Test does not care what web server or platform for the web server you use, it just "runs" on Windows 32 platforms, meaning it needs a Win32 host to run on which is connected to your web server in any way possible.
