    Option Set File Question..

I have a Client Server App and a Web app to test at the same time.
Is it a good idea to check all the web related extentions (i.e DOM etc) and Client Server related extension 'ON' 'externally' and have option file control the internal extension settings.
For example moving from Web test to CS, I close the Web.opt and open Client_Server.opt
while I still have the web extension checked externally.
    Thanks for help

    Re: Option Set File Question..

Dont know off hand if there's a method to open/close an option set, HOWEVER, all the options you set in the file you can control at runtime in the agent options.

If you are using Plan files (*.pln) you can reference them from here by

    optionset: Web.opt

    Thanks for reply.
I am aware that I have to switch .opt from plan file.
Let me explain my question. All extensions has to be set internally and externally. I want to use DOM ext and I have another extension for my client server app. What if I leave these two extensions checked externally and only select the extension that I need, internally through .opt file.
