Stack Overflow when using silk test

    Hi All,

Basically i am running Silk Test against a Visual Basic application. I have recorded declarations and identified custom classes and mapped accordingly.
However when i attempt to play the script back the application generates a DR Watson error and the error states a Stack Overflow.
Have checked on three different system and the same is occuring.
Error Message Exception: stack overflow (0xc000000fd) address: 0x18051c3d.
The VB application uses a lot of custom controls aswell.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour with SilkTest and how did they overcome?
I have also attempted to run each App in its own memory space but to no avail.
Is this just silk and should i abandon SilkTest with this App or ?? Any help much appreciated or knowledge of similar occurance. SilkTest 5.0.3.2. Note that i was able to at the start run silk test and 1 testcase against the app. Now this is impossible even on a clean system.

Re: Stack Overflow when using silk test

Could be an issue with the custom classes as references would have not cleared by setting the objects to null.
