Manual Intervention... Automated
We have many of our test cases that are automated and still a few to be performed manually. Some of those tests will stay completely manual, but for some others, we are looking for a way that a tester could be prompt when a short intervention is needed.
For example, tester should unplug some piece of equipment and then see what's happening in the GUI interface and continue on with some more testing in this state.
Could we get somehow Silk to prompt the tester that a manual intervention is needed before resuming or proceeding with the tests??
Anybody ever faced a similar issue?
How to get the most out of your automation?
Does someone have good ideas or comments on the subject?

If you cannot get to it from here, do an advanced search of this SilkTest forum under 'prompt'.
