    WinRunner equivalant of include file

    Is there any one who is currrently using SilkTest with background in WinRunner. I wanted to know how WinRunner works compare to SilkTest. I have an interview soon, if I can also have your contact info for more questions that I may have, it would be great too.

    This is a big topic and there are a lot of evaluation papers that compare the two. One place to look for the white papers is on StickyMinds.com and on this site.
    Each product should be evaluated for each environment you are planning to use it. As well as general issues such as support and company stability. Both of them are public, so it is easy to check.

    The equivalent of WinRunner [compiled module] inclusion, using the "load()" function is the SilkTest "use" statement. Be aware that these capabilities differ in some aspects and neither tool truly supports a C/C++ if/then/else conditional inclusion capability that you might be expecting [but there are workarounds unique to each tool].
