How to use SYS_FileExists for a remote SilkBean Unix machine?

It looks like SYS_ function calls will not work unless there is an agent running on the remote unix machine. However, only the SilkBean server exists on our remote machine since we are testing a java application, and for most part things this works fine.

But does anyone know a way to get SYS_FileExists() functions (or something similar) to work in this situation?

    Thanks
    -Silkworm

The SilkBean strictly handles the Java Input Message Queue in order to drive and test the application .

These SYS_ function calls like write, open, file_exists are supported only in the Windows environment - not Unix.
