    Re: Silk is crashing explorer

I have seen a similar problem. The script would crash IE with memory problems. The problem lay in my script. I was assigning a wrong variable as a parameter to the function I was calling . After I corrected that , the problem was gone.

There are different cause of crashes. What did you do to crash your IE?

    Which extention are you using?

    It crashes on me:

    1) switch DOM/VO,
    2) memory leak
    3) using DOM and certain onchange dropdowns together

I am currently facing the same problem . This problem occurs when i have assigned IE as my test browser and upgrade my Silk with any higher version. Does anybody have a fix?

    Thanx

    Re: Silk is crashing explorer

Does anyone have information regarding the bug in Silk when using DOM and PopupList with onChange event?

    When will Silk fix this?

It is a major pain in the .....

Granted, you can call your javascript with some neat UNDOCUMENTED functions, but it would be much easier to say:

    BrowserPage.HtmlPopupList.Select ("whatever")

Silk needs to address this bug SOON!

    Very frustrated,
