    HTML RADIO BUTTON

    Hello,
    I have HTMLRadioList, which has 4 items "Buy,Sell,Limit,Market,
    when I am selecting market following code is generating:
    [ ] Mypage.Data.Price2.Select ("")

    During running test case it fails with following error
    [ ] *** Error: Item '' was not found.

    I look the properties and found like this:
    [ ] {"SelIndex", ""}
    [ ] {"SelText", ""}

    Is it any solution

    Re: HTML RADIO BUTTON

    Sometimes its not always best to totally rely on the recorder. You do on occasion have to modify some of its code. Have you tried to manually type in a specific item into the line generated? For example:

    Mypage.Data.Price2.Select ("Buy")

    You may need to edit the properties to include this also.

    I never use the recorder, but I have heard there are some instances where it doesn't always record exactly as it should; speed issues or whatever. I would recommend getting into the habit of reviewing the results (recorded lines) and making any edits necessary.

    What do you want to do after selecting 'Market'??

    Couple things to test:
    1)do a refresh to see if you get everything to normal state
    2)do a HtmlRadioList.GetItemCount()
    3)do a HtmlRadioList.GetContents()

    What extention are you using?

    Can you set up a switch statement where each case is represented by a radio button label?
