    Status of an HtmlImage(Enabled/Disabled)

    Hi All,

I am trying to find the status of an HtmlImage(In the application I am testing for
a button is seen as a image) whether it is enabled/disabled.

    Any suggestions

    Thanks

Use the method IsEnabled(). This will return a TRUE or FALSE.

    Hi BostonSilk

Thanks for ur reply. IsEnabled works only for Buttons and not for links in my case.

    Re: Status of an HtmlImage(Enabled/Disabled)

Is this one of those images where it displays two different gif files depending on whether it's ON or OFF, or Mouseover?
If it is you can just get the image properyies and do a verify to find out which one is displaying. I don't test those changes automatically and just give it the manual once over. When I define an Image that changes ON,OFF Rollover etc what I do is wildcard the include file so that I don't have to remember so many names. here are a couple of simple solutions to automate that.

    Re: Status of an HtmlImage(Enabled/Disabled)

I have been using IsEnabled() for testing buttons in a web application and have not had any problems. The buttons are really HTML Images (with underlying links).
