Silk Radar technical support
I just want to let you guys know what's going on in reality with Segue.
We purchased Silk Radar bug-tracking system and we need assistant from Segue to set up configurations of it. For the past 2 weeks i am trying to get any help and all the time i am calling all technical support people are busy as well as their manager. Also they are not responsible, even if they call me back most of the times they don't know the answer to my questions; they just saying we will call you back or we will e-mail you the answer... I received the answer one time after 8 or 9 calls. The answer was not in detail just in general and it does not help.
I want you people to know everything before you decide which product to buy!
