I am working with a client java application that uses
JBuilder 2.0. I was wondering if anyone had some luck
with SILK seeing the gridview components (it looks
like a table)?
If not, I guess I have to write a handler?
I will be out of the office this week, so if you reply, I will get
back to you when I get in!!
Re: JBUILDER Gridview
It doesn't really matter what development tool is used to build an application. What does matter is what what JDK is used and more importantly is what whether your app is build using AWT or JFC components (or maybe some third party library). Knowing that will make your life/testing easier. I assume that your Grid/Table is JFC built because I haven't seen any based on AWT unless it is custom made. Anyway, if this is true you should download JFC documentation and read up on JTable, see what API is suitable for you i.e. getRowCount(), getVisibleRow() and so on. If you don't know how to do that let me know and I will send you same info.
