In our application, a pdf page is opened up in IE8. Silk is not able to recognise it, also <ctrl-a> and <ctrl-c> is not working. I am using Silk 2009 and Classic agent.
Please suggest any workaround for the above issue.

if you go to the add-on site it says something about converting to html
Along time ago on a testing environment far far away...
i had to print the web pdf using the generic/text printer and save the file as .htm so i could get the text content out. Lets hope there is a better way...

if you are familiar with java, you could use Silk4j with iText library of ApachePDFbox library.
