Yes. You can two this task by two ways.
1. By Silktest
Only way, you need to treat excel as database and all rows should have same columns. I meant it should be symmetric table.
2. By other scripting/languagues
You can access Excel by COM (VBA) object and write single line for each case. I use VBScript to retrieve Excel contents..
You can override the DefaultTestcaseExit function (or something like that) and in there do a simple query to write to excel. SilkTest can talk to excel via the ODBC. If you'll do a search on this forum, you'll find a lot of discussions regarding using silktest to write to excel.
