I am using the evaluation version of SilkPerformer to establish whether it will be suitable for testing our Java EE products.

In the Java Explorer I perform the following:
Click 'start here' in the toolbar
In the Wizard, select Enterprise JavaBeans/RMI over IIOP
Click 'next'
Select 'JBoss Application Server' and set up the appropriate ports etc, and make sure the appropriate JBoss .jars are in the classapth
Click 'next'
A dialog appears saying 'could not connect to naming service'
On clicking the 'details' option, there is a long stack trace of which the relevant bit is:

Caused by: java.rmi.UnmarshalException: error unmarshalling arguments; nested exception is:
java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: Explorer/Lib/jexplRtSun15.jar

That string, 'Explorer/Lib/jexplRtSun15.jar' is actually a fragment of a path which should be 'E:/silk/Java Explorer/Lib/jexplRtSun15.jar'. So it seems that something is failing due to filepaths that have spaces in them. But there is no option to install Java Explorer in any other way (it is automatically installed in a folder called Java Explorer beneath the main SilkPerformer installation, and if you change the folder name I can't find any way to run it).
Has anyone else come across this??
