Anyone been losing results lately?!
I'm so frustrated and angry now!
Scheduled an all-nighter to run from 10.30pm last night to 04.30am this morning. Normal load, peak load, ramping up, down, the lot. It all finished nicely, BUT THE F-N TOOL THREW AWAY MY RESULTS!!!
I have my project files on a network drive which is synchronized locally. It must have been a network dip or something this time. I can understand that it can happen, BUT WHY DOES SILK THROW AWAY THE RESULTS?! A minimum reliability feature would be to store the results temporarily on the C-drive where I could recover them afterwards.
FUBAR it is!
Another thing, I was going to log a case for this with Borland/MF this morning, BUT THEY HAD REMOVED MY ACCOUNT FROM THE SUPPORT CONTRACT!!! [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]
Ok, I've calmed down now. It felt good to let some steam out. Thanks for listening.
Have any of you experienced this? Or even better if you can tell me of some top secret place where results files are stored? Or just tell me I am a fool that hasn't read this or this section in the manuel, or a previous post in the forum. Anything will do, and I will be happy to make a fool out of myself if only I could get my results back!

I absolutely agree that they should program in some safety net for results. My latest thing has been part way through the test I get the message "Lost Agent Connection" and half or more of my VUs no longer function. I'm thinking it's a network glitch (some of my agents are 'borrowed' and not in the same physical/network location). But getting the network guys to even think about caring at this company is wasted effort.
