I have executed my load test script for various range of Virtual users (10, 50, 100, 250,...and so on)
Now I am having various values for these parameters. I want to come to a conclusion with action items. What should I check for in these values?
What your asking is basically down to analysis of your results for each test executed using the different number of VUsers. I think the best solution to this is to attend the SilkPerformer courses and especially the second part which is analysis and result correlation.
All of the above values should be specific to your application and to your load test requirements. There is no right and wrong values, these values should be defined during the planning stage of your testing.
Usually when following a load test methodology you will sit down and plan the full life cycle of the testing. At the early stages you should define the values you want to achieve and then test the application to see if the values if can be met. If they cant, then it may be time to fine tune the app or to remove any bottlenecks etc..
