Have a bit of a dilemma regarding connecting WAN agents. For some particular reason the boxes used for a previous performance test are now unable to be configured from SilkPerformer. Has anyone ever come across this problem (SilkPerformer 6.0.1)? If so how did work round this. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated....

I'm not sure I've experienced the exact same problem, but I have had trouble with WAN agents.
There's a setting in the system settings 'control' tab that optimizes for WAN agents. I've found that doing this and making sure the agents are in the same domain have solved most of my problems. Why my agents in the same domain show up only in WAN has never been explained, but this has worked for me.
Another option would be configuring the agents based on IP and not name.
