This could also be a problem with windows scheduler I had some problems using another product. You might try it in Macro Scheduler. Also I would think (not having tried to launch Performer from command line) that you would need a .exe to launch the program. This is just off the top of my head.
PS: SilkPerformer allows you to pre set times to run the test in the "run test" configuration area.
