In my present test case I am loading a pdf document in a web browser. Is there any way to calculate time taken by Web browser to render the document? I am able to calculate document download time but not the rendering time. Does the SilkPerformer provide such functionality? Please let me also know if any other kind of solutions which are not dependent on SilkPerformer.
I don't know about Silktest in detail, but i think you can do it with every GUI-Testtool:
You have to write a script for your browser,
set a timer before your webrequest and a timer when the page is rendered. This user will now measure the time you want. If you want to see what happens with more than one user, than you can run silkperformer and silktest at the same time.
