    http request retries

Recently I tried a 100 user test in a non-stressed mode, and discovered 150 http request retries/response failed during the test duration of 20 minutes. And the web server log file looked fine. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks.

    Re: http request retries

In the Online help topis Summary measurements HTTP Request retries are described as:

'The number of times a client is forced to retry a request. This may happen when the server closes a persistent connection (available with Keep-Alive or HTTP/1.1) because of a timeout occurring while the client tries to send a request. This counter is used only by browser-level functions.'

As a result, it is probable that your server log will show no problems. Nevertheless, there is an impact on the client in the time taken to get a response.
