    ?SilkPerformer vs. LoadRunner

Is my impression right: that session handling in SilkPerformer is more rigorous than correlations in LoadRunner? Do know that voluntaries in LoadRunner correlations might lead to database relations corruptions, thus to be debugged carefully.
Please do share your experience. Thank you.

session handling, parsing, correlation, is not that difficult in SilkPerformer.

    Re: ?SilkPerformer vs. LoadRunner

Correlation is pretty simpler in Silk Performer, but when compared to Load Runner, it is observed that when ever, there is a test conducted with both the tools under same circumstances, the throughput achieved by Load Runner is very high comparitive to Silk Performer. The reason might be that the Silk Performers parsing functions much heavier compared to Load Runner.

    Re: ?SilkPerformer vs. LoadRunner

The difference in throughput is likely due to the way Loadrunner does not handle web context correctly.
Loadrunner simply calls an absolute URL, ignoring web context.
Another reason why SilkPerformer is superior in emulating true user behaviour.
