Migration from TestLink To SilkCentral
In our testing Project, we have all the TestCases stored under TestLink (www.testlink.org), and now we need migrate to SilkCentral.
Im not sure how can we do this migration process.
I know in silkCentral exists utilities to import data, and I think that it works fine for data in .xcel.
So we are going try
1.-to export TestCases from TestLink to Xcel and
2.-after that import it in SilkCentral with the import utilities.
Do yo know any better strategy?
Thanks in advance,
Re: Migration from TestLink To SilkCentral
you can also use the SCTM web services API. This means you get your data out of TestLink (any way you prefer) and then you write a small Java or .Net program that uses the APIs to create Test Definitions in SCTM.
