I see you are a new member to the forum. Some things for you to do.
1 - very important read the Forum FAQS for the rules and guideline to the forum.
2. - You have posted a general question in the Silktest forum - please look around the forums and read the information about what each group should be used for. (Moderator can this thread be moved to the General Forum?)
3. You have asked multiple questions, the answers to which equate to several years experience - asking this much so generically is unreasonable. We are not hear to do your job - you should start your research and ask more specific questions to clarify what you are reading. A good place to start some of your research is to use the "Search" feature (located at the top right of the Web Page.
4. People who use this forum do so to share ideas and knowledge - to ask for a response "Right Now" is considered extremely impolite.
