hoew to see aggregate report in non-GUI mode

    Hello..

I run my script on non-GUI mode and it is creating a log file (.jtl). I know that I can open this file after a test is finished and see results. But how can I see results when the test is working?

    Thanks.

Re: hoew to see aggregate report in non-GUI mode

    Hello,

You will want to use the Post-Processor called "Generate Summary Results". This generates a summary to the standard output. The Jmeter documentation says it can be placed anywhere in the test plan and is intended for batch (non-GUI) runs.

    Hope this helps,

Is there anyway to add the graphical output to the summary results when that option has been selected in the Post-Processor?

No there is not. For batch runs from the command line, the best I have been able to do is have the log file output be in csv format and then use Excel to plot the data.
