I am testing https.
But, the sample result(from view result tree) contains that the response header is http.
Does it man that the jmeter is not ale to interpret it to https?
Or does it mean that the test didn't communicate properly?
Re: testing https
First, upgrade to 2.3.4 or latest.
Change your samplers from "HTTP Request" to "HTTP RequestHTTPClient"
No need to redo your scripts. It's fairly simple (but tedious) to do a search and replace in your jmx files.
Do a comparison between a HTTP Request sampler and an HTTP Request HTTPClient sampler
ie. HTTPSampler to HTTPSampler2
If you're recording your scripts with Jmeter's proxy server, change the type to record to "HTTP RequestHTTPClient" to avoid further conversions.
As far as I can tell, there's no other difference between the two samplers
