Parameterizing Files Sent with Request
I have a test running which posts an XML file to a server. No name is specified for the parameter and so the file is sent as the Post body.
I am trying to parameterise the file such that some fields can be dynamically set by some means e.g. populated from CSV.
--CSV Data Set Config
I have a CSV Data Set config defined which defines these parameter names however the parameters are not swapped in to the file.
Is this a feasible approach for dynamically updating a fiel (as opposed to simply having dynamic values for request parameters)?
Post below suggests an additional While loop is required for file substitution however I cannot get this to work either.

Re: Parameterizing Files Sent with Request
I did this once with a JavaBEANPreProcessor and used some java regular expressions and replacements to parameterize a plain text file. You can access the variables from your CSV data set from the java bean shell.
