Migrating .jmx from 2.3.2 to 2.3.4 problems.
I've got a fully functioning scenario in a 2.3.2. installation which I'd like to move to 2.3.4. Have the installations side by side on the same box. I've copied the 2.3.2 scenario across to the 2.3.4 bin directory, opens ok, but when I try to run it, it doesn't get past the initial login page of the AUT. No specific error but each HTTP request appears be just not returning anything other than an initial page.
So, I created a proxy to record a couple of steps on both versions, just logon, browse, logout. Once again, works first time on 2.3.2, on 2.3.4, records exactly the same steps, but won't playback. Any ideas why this should be so, it's exactly the same scenario? I'm stumped, really can't see anything obviously missing in 2.3.4 that's in 2.3.2
Re: Migrating .jmx from 2.3.2 to 2.3.4 problems.
Ahh. Panic Over. Looking at the two versions of the same .jmx file, I noticed on the 2.3.4 version that the plug-in 'statistical aggregate report' didn't load, and anything below that in the display, including the cookei manager and the http request defaults. On further investigation, 1 of the 4 files for the plug-in hadn't been moved across, and 2.3.4 was throwing an error message on loading. I subsequently saved this scenario, so the missing items were then permanently lost, hence the non-playback. Moving 1 file across to the lib section of 2.3.4 and re-opening fixed the problem.
