    please, clarify what do you want....

    You can:
    -Load an image with Jmeter if you made a request to the image URL.
    -You can add an assert to validate the size or the message response of the image load.


    but I don't understand what you want...

    In the quick test, can i insert a checkpoint for image.
    Then, in JMeter can do the same thing?

    yea, you can check time to load specific images of your website using JMeter. you have to use Proxy server.

    In this case it would be best to do as Jose wrote, add a size assertion to validate the file was delivered.
    ALM 11.0 Patch: 12
