Why test agent omit the VP in script
I set a VP in script. When I run it in the local machine. This VP failed. But when I tried to run it on test agent, it passed. I checked the log and found only
script start -- pass
script end -- pass
No VP test?
Anybody know the reason? Thanks in advance!
Re: Why test agent omit the VP in script
We've faced this in the past, and found the following few actions helped to resolve it.
1) Open My Computer window, and select Tools->Folder Options
Select View tab, and check "Display the full path in the address bar" and "Display the full path in the title bar". You might need to restart the machine as well.
2) The source codes were compiled with Java 6. Recompile them in Java 5 or Java 1.4 and it runs fine.
3) The dependent library jars are not in the agent machine.
Hope this helps.
