FT using Test Manager via batch file
I'm trying to use Functional Tester via batch file and I want to place the logs in Test Manager.
The problem is that when the script is called in the batch file, the Test Manager Login screen appears and I need to manually inser the user name and password in order to continue executing the batch file.
Does anyone knows how do I specify the arguments in the command-line to make this login screen not to appear?
I've already created the Build and Log Folder. The command-line I've put in the batch file is:
"C:\Program Files\Rational\Common\Java\JRE\bin\java.exe" -Drational_ft.install.dir=%INSTALL_DIR% -cp %CLASSPATH% com.rational.test.ft.rational_ft -datastore c:\FTdatastore -user admin -password admin -project project.rsp -build Build1 -logfolder Default -log TestScriptLog -rt.log_format TestManager -playback TestScript1 -rt.bring_up_logviewer false
Re: FT using Test Manager via batch file
I'm certain you can pass the username/password into the batch command, but I've not personally done it. Is there some odd chance that the strings in your batch's command have the wrong username/pw combo? It looks right from what I can tell.
