TestManager and Perl scripts
on top of having XDE Tester scripts running from RationalTestManager I am trying to run Perl scripts to verify some functionalities of our product.
There is a section in the TestManager doc about perl scripts running as a "Command Line automated implementation" type.
I can start/run Per scripts this way, but I can not figure out how to get PASS/FAIL criteria delivered to TestManager. At this point no matter how I exit my perl script - I would always get PASS as a results logged in to the TestManager.
Can someone help me with that?
Re: TestManager and Perl scripts
Try from TSS for Command Line located at
C:\Program Files\Rational\Rational Test\API\TssCommandLine\Rational TSS for Command Line.htm
(Assuming rational is installed in C:\Program Files if not then replace it with the drive and/or folder name accordingly)
or go to
Start Menu > Programs > Rational Software > Rational Test > API > TSS for Command Line.
I think you can get something out of it.
