How to run a robotJ test script from Test Manager
I'm a newbie desperately trying to run my robotJ test scripts from TestManager . Here's my issue:
My robotJ scripts are run very well from RobotJ, it is a web application and RobotJ runs IE, and replays everything is in the script. But once in TestManager, when I run the same script, TestManager doesn't run anything, and takes a couple a seconds before saying: Everything passed.
I can see during the replay "test script not found" whereas when I want to edit it, TM runs RobotJ and edit the script.
I'm sorry this might be something very easy to solve, but I've spent hours trying to understand what happens...but I failed.
Could you help me please ???
Re: How to run a robotJ test script from Test Manager
Hi. This problem is oftently related to a XDE Tester script name change. When a .java file name is changed from XDE Tester, that change is not reflected in your TestManager's test case implementation, so a "Script source file not found" error is thrown. From your test case properties, ensure you're trying to run the appropriate script.
Did it work? Let me know.
