i have javatable , with three columns and rows of data
the first column has checkboxes..
i am trying to get the number of checkboxes that have been selected
..SQAgetproperty does not work on javatable..
anyhelp or ideas on how to go about it please?
thanks in advance
1. Spy the Object and find the properties,
2. Use SQAFindObject to find the existance and check return if it is fail take the appropriate error code and check with error code description and act according.(like 1002,1003)
nope not working..
any other ideas?
There is some problems with Java loading. I found something 'Playback of Java commands does not always wait until the object is idle before performing the requested action. In particular, Java table actions may be performed before the table has been fully updated, which may affect the outcome of the operation. The suggested workaround is to insert appropriate delays into the test script at state transition points in the application-under-test.' at this url:
Hope this helps....
as ai said ..the java table has check boxes in the first column and other columns have numeric data...
i tried spying the chkboxes using "inspector"
but the chk box doesn't even show up.. in the view..
so i was wondering is there a way to capture the object of the javatable and try to grab the check box value or for that matter any rows or cell value that we want too..
