Did you include the "Include" statement in your script where you are referencing your functions or dimension statements?
'$Include "Global.sbh" 'Global representing the name of your sbh file.
Yes, an SBX is created when you compile, except you do not compile a header file, you save it. Not sure how the sbx is created for header and library files. When compiling your script, the include statement within the individual test script tells Robot where your globals are located. Usually in your SQABas32 folder.
To check your current location, open Robot --> Tools --> General Options --> Preferences Tab --> SQABasic path. This path points to your library files. Be careful if you change this value, it changes it for all projects in your repository.
