How would you start an application that pipes in information to determine how it starts up?
Here is a .pif short cut example
C:\WINNT\system32\wscript.exe %LOGONSERVER%\NETLOGON\SADFiles\Test.vbs PRODUCTION
Currently I am creating batch files to start this up.
i cannot work out how you would pipe information into the command StartApplication ?
The main issue is the dos variable %LOGONSERVER%?
If I find out from echo %LOGONSERVER% what the server is an hard code it in it works fine.
C:\WINNT\system32\wscript.exe \\NTBIG1\NETLOGON\SADFiles\Test.vbs PRODUCTION
Thanks in advance [ 10-11-2004, 02:35 PM: Message edited by: Pogmathoin ]
Joshua: A strange game. The only winning move is not to play. How about a nice game of chess?
No worries it is stored in a registry setting within Volatile Environments. I can extract with API calls.
Although any other suggestions still accepted?
